Classes will focus on core, balance, flexibility and neuromuscular exercises (brain body connection). Getting up and down from the ground is essential as we age, so that will be a focus also.

Cancellation Policy
All appointments require 24 hours notice prior to cancelation. Failure to provide such notice will result in forfeiture of session fee. Any exception to this policy will be at the discretion of management.
