Total Body Restore

Service Description

The restore program begins with using the Hypervolt (handheld massage tool) on areas of the body determined to be tight, tense, or overtrained. The next step in the process is to relax these muscle with assisted stretch and/or trigger point release. Activation begins by strengthening muscle found to be weak during testing using simple functional movements. The final step in the program is re-education, which uses compound movements that incorporate the total body.
